A good air conditioning installation can be a realator's best friend

After a decade in the real estate business, I had collected so many valuable contacts that would help me boost my sales of beautiful homes. I was the state’s most prestigious real estate agent, having sold millions of dollars worth of property. I had mastered a strategy that put me in front of the rest of my colleagues. I mostly took the properties that had some heating and cooling unit. The ones with the quality HVAC equipment with higher SEER ratings sold faster than their counterparts. I had contacts from the home comfort business and cooling products dealership. They would provide an a/c workman to service the a/c install unit before any show. Before showing any home, I ensured that the air conditioning system was working perfectly. All these years I have been a real estate agent, I have never had to show a house three times before getting an offer. I take seriously any a/c care of any a/c installation, including the indoor air cleaning system. It is because one a/c rep had once advised me that proper care of these units would improve the air purification help as well as cause the system to last long, significantly when the air conditioning filter is regularly changed. Some homes had a washable filter, others a HEPA filter, but what mattered was that it was in good condition. Sometimes the a/c rep gives me the bad news that other than your typical a/c repair, the dual fuel system needs new parts. The homeowners’ responsibility is to take care of these matters, and they have to do it timely.
