One Thursday morning when I was cleaning the garage, I came across an old photo album.
It had pictures from when I was a baby all the way to junior high university.
The one consistent thing in all my pictures was my wild curls, some things never changed even multiple decades later. I was clearing the garage for easier access to the central furnace for when the Heating as well as Air Conditioning company would come on Wednesday. I had had enough boiler service to finally confess that I needed to have new Heating as well as Air Conditioning component and plan installed. I had done satisfactory research on the latest advancements in heating technology and together with advice from the heating and cooling provider, I opted for one that allowed temperature zoning. This would also help with utility bills and I would say goodbye to having a boiler. During my research, I came across something about an oil gas furnace that was no better than an electric gas furnace. After the installation of the quality Heating as well as Air Conditioning, all that will be left to do is have a gas furnace/heater tune-up. During this servicing, the Heating as well as Air Conditioning repairman will check the heater, replace the gas furnace filter if necessary and conduct general service of the entire installation. After numerous years I could finally start on the major renovation of the condo and knowing that I had finally finished paying for the condo was the biggest blessing. I will even be able to love summer time in my own home, with the old a/c it was near unbearably hot, the fan was my only saving grace. This would be my first biggest project since I started living on my own.
