One Friday day when I was cleaning the garage, I came across an old photo album.
It had pictures from when I was a baby all the way to junior middle school.
The one consistent thing in all our pictures was our wild curls, some things never changed even more than two decades later. I was clearing the garage for easier access to the central heating system for when the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company would come on Tuesday. I had had enough boiler maintenance to finally admit that I needed to have up-to-date Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C equipment & system installed. I had done satisfactory research on the latest advancements in heating technology & together with advice from the heating & cooling provider, I opted for one that allowed temperature zoning. This would also help with utility bills & I would say goodbye to having a boiler. During our research, I came across something about an oil oil furnace that was no better than an electric oil furnace. After the upgrade of the quality Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C, all that will be left to do is have a oil furnace/heater tune-up. During this servicing, the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C repairman will check the heater, substitute the oil furnace filter if necessary & conduct general maintenance of the entire upgrade. After 5 years I could finally start on the major renovation of the house & knowing that I had finally finished paying for the house was the biggest blessing. I will even be able to care about summer time in our own home, with the old it was near unbearably hot, the fan was our only saving grace. This would be our first biggest project since I started residing on our own.
