Last week I flew back here to my small beach town and it was quite a tiresome week indeed.
I somehow managed to get ahead on my writing work though and today I am a day ahead of the game.
That means I could have a day off at any time and still be even Steven on all of my work. I think I will try to build up a buffer like this so that when I don’t feel like working one day I can just skip the day and not fall behind. I have to write three more HVAC technology articles and then I am going to be one day ahead on them. After this, I am going to do a nice long peaceful meditation session in the comfort of my home office to help quell any racing thoughts that may be in the depths of my mind. I worked last night with this heating supplier doing a commercial heat pump install, and we had a great time with the job while we joked around and made each other laugh out loud. I was doing comedy for many years and am happy that I put it behind me because I feel like the stress of it and the lifestyle I was leading was shaving years off of my life. Doing electric heat pump installs and radiant heater sales might pale in comparison to stand up comedy in the excitement category, but sharing a laugh with a good friend is just as satisfying. I am happy that I have switched to music as my passion project too.
