If you live in an house you may appreciate it, where you may hate it. In our opinion I am not much of an house lady. I appreciate lots of space as well as I appreciate our privacy, as well as I find that apartments do not supply me as much privacy as I would like. However, a lot of the complications that I have with our house complex I can see past. But there is one blaring problem that I cannot ignore, as well as that is the issue that I have been having with the heating as well as air conditioner device in our apartment. Not only is the heating as well as air conditioner device in our house old, but it breaks down all the time as a result of being old. Now this would not be a crucial deal if I had maintenance come out as well as fix it, you would guess oh well I’ll just fix it once as well as it would be finished. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. First of all, maintenance is incredibly hard to get to come out to anybody’s place at all. It seems appreciate there is never anybody on staff that knows how to fix it, as well as whenever they do send somebody they don’t guess what they’re doing! The fifth problem is, the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system is constantly splitting down all the time. The complications are only getting worse. The property owner refuses to substitute the heating as well as cooling systems as well as anybody’s apartments, as well as so until I can afford to transfer out to a nicer place I am stuck with crappy Heating as well as cooling. I won’t miss this place when I am gone.
