It has never been easy for me to find anyone I need professionally.
This could be attributed to the fact that I am most of the time self sufficient.
The fact that I am an introvert doesn’t help matters as I prefer staying alone and keeping myself company. However, the last time my HVACequiment failed completely, I learned that we need to hire professionals for some tasks. I was a great financial accountant with lots of other expertise. Most of the times I had fixed the HVAC unit issues on my own. However, that one time it failed to yield to any prompt. I did nto have any professional’s number and had to suffer through that night in the cold. Thankfully I had a thermal blanket that helped keep me warm till the next day. I went to the neighbor next door to request the number of his HVAC professional. I had spotted the van of a HVAC business company around there twice a year and thought to myself that they must have been carrying out maintenance services. Fortunately, the neighbor didn’t mind and he shared the contacts with me. On calling the HVAC Company, they came over in 30 minutes since they were within the neighborhood. They fixed the unit that was running low on refrigerant. The advised that I enroll for their maintenance services as they had noted a lot of dust piled up in the unit. I did this too and had them service the unit a week later. I am glad that the referral worked as all my attempts to search for HVAC professionals online lead me to scams.
