It’s the little things that tend to make the greatest differences in my life.
While I get caught up & often overwhelmed by the big stuff, it’s the little things in life that have such a big impact.
Health has been a single of the big things that I’ve been awfully caught up in over the last multiple years. This is because I truly had a strenuous time truthfully addressing my health. Even having to go to the freezing a/c of the dentist’s office for a single malady after another truly didn’t get my attention. That all changed when I was kneeling at my desk in the zone controlled Heating & A/C & the next thing I suppose I’m waking up in a hospital. I’d had a heart attack at 47 because I just never could find the honesty & the motivation to change my lifestyle. Well, there’s nothing quite prefer having a heart attack to get your attention. It was time to change & I was fully motivated for that change. And I ended up addressing so numerous things that related to my health. The air quality of my beach new home was a single of them. When I l earned just how crucial enjoyable air quality is to our respiratory, immune & overall health, I made a change. And it was a single of those little things. I replaced the Heating & A/C air filter in our house. I stopped using the cheap, paper air filters & bought the HEPA filter. This thing traps & removes more than 99 percent of airborne contaminants. The clean, enjoyable air quality in my beach new home is the proof of that.
