When our hubby started his Heating, Ventilation plus A/C corporation, he needed to find some commercial office space to rent. The two of us didn’t recognize how long it was going to take for him to get his entire supplier up plus running, but in the meantime, he needed to have a space where he could toil out of! He started his Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier with 3 employees, for service vans, plus more equipment. The two of us were looking to purchase a small warehouse, but at the moment, there was nothing available… When we found the commercial office space for rent, our hubby thought it would be perfect for his needs. There was plenty of parking space outside of the office space, plus they fenced it in. There would be no need to worry about someone getting in plus damaging the service vans; Our greatest problem, however, was that commercial office space was honestly costly to rent.l, although our hubby did several commercial office space rentals, the cost was so prohibitive that he walked away from everyone of them! Ultimately, we ended up renting a small garage plus transfer commercial office space. there enough space for his office, plus an outer office for the secretary, which was me. There was an area to hold all of his inventory, plus even a small break room for the workers, however although the commercial office space would have been much better for his immediate needs, the garage was also quite useful! I’m sure he’ll find the commercial office space he needs. If not, we’ll just need to do our best until he can purchase the space that will toil for his supplier until it comes time for him to retire.
