When our hubby started her Heating & Air Conditioning company, she needed to find some commercial office space to rent, then we didn’t guess how long it was going to take for him to get her entire company up plus running, however in the meantime, she needed to have a space where she could work out of, she started her Heating & Air Conditioning company with several employees, for repair vans, plus more equipment.
We were looking to purchase a small warehouse, however at the moment, there was nothing available.
When the people I was with and I found the commercial office space for rent, our hubby thought it would be perfect for her needs, but there was plenty of parking space outside of the office space, plus they fenced it in. There would be no need to worry about someone getting in plus damaging the repair vans, then our greatest problem, but, was that commercial office space was unquestionably luxurious to rent.l, although our hubby did numerous commercial office space rentals, the cost was so prohibitive that she walked away from everyone of them… Ultimately, the people I was with and I ended up renting a small garage plus transport commercial office space. there enough space for her office, plus an outer office for the secretary, which was me. There was an part to hold all of her inventory, plus even a small cut room for the workers, although the commercial office space would have been much better for her immediate needs, the garage was also quite useful… I’m sure he’ll find the commercial office space she needs. If not, we’ll just need to do our best until she can purchase the space that will work for her company until it comes time for him to retire.
