Cooking smells push into the ducts, need installation of UV air purifier

The UV air purifier cleans the air more than seven times every minute, removing airborne contaminants such as dust, pollen, dander, mold spores and smells

My husband and many sons went on a fishing charter while in the middle of July. They came house with a cooler full of fresh filets. Every one of us cooked a portion of the fish on the barbecue and it was delicious. I put the remainder of the fish in the freezer and forgot about it! My husband reminded myself and others about the fish in December. I decided to cook it in the house, which was a sizable mistake. The fish reeked and spread throughout the house. The outside temperature was down to 10 degrees, and we needed to operate the heating system. The stink got sucked into the duct program and pumped to every room. There was no way we could turn off the heat and open the windows. With no ventilation, the stink lingered. I tried running box fans, spraying room desmellizers and burning scented candles, however nothing worked. After a few afternoons, I finally called an Heating and Air Conditioning supplier for some help. The serviceman checked the heating system and thoroughly cleaned the inner workings! He then checked out the duct program and found a significant buildup of debris inside. He said that this accumulation had absorbed the smell and were introducing it into the air every time the heating system started up. He commanded professional air duct cleaning as well as the installation of a whole-house UV air purifier. The duct cleaning eliminated the unpleasant stink and greatly improved the overall performance of the heater. The UV air purifier cleans the air more than seven times every minute, removing airborne contaminants such as dust, pollen, dander, mold spores and smells. I no longer need to worry about cooking stinks or issues with indoor air quality.
