Freon legal issues mean savings on ACs for me

It’s consistently a different position to be in when you begin to benefit from somebody else’s hardships.

This is something that my associate and I all go through throughout our lives, as my associate and I watch some members of society fall and fail to get back up and my associate and I manage to keep plugging ahead at a steady state… Unfortunately, this has been happening a lot during the course of the pandemic, and recently, it also has been a major component of the heating, cooling, and air quality control industry.

Those of us who can afford high quality central temperature control systems are absolutely able to keep our homes heated and cooled to the ideal temperature range. My associate and I never have to worry about our indoor air quality or exposure to the elements because my associate and I have reliable central heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment. So few of us ever stop to think about the people who cannot afford replaces on their indoor air handling control devices, then for instance, the families who cannot afford to have central heating or cooling in their houses. Recently, this has become a bigger issue as Freon has become an illegal substance. So several of the local households were operating old university air conditionings that required Freon as the cooling refrigerant. This year, when they found out that Freon was now illegal and recharging their air conditioning component was impossible, I know a lot of folks who lost out on their cooling systems. I wish I could say that there was a nice solution for these exhausting souls with broken HVAC systems… but, sincerely, I’m blissful that I can benefit off buying up their useless indoor air quality control component at my scrapyard.
