During the tied up season where I work, I don’t have a lot of free time. I go into the office before the sun rises plus I leave well after it sets, but thankfully, I only have to manage these long plus exhausting hours for a couple months out of the year. Everyone else at the office is distracted by their work as well, so the mornings just slip by. When I came condo from work 1 evening, I noticed that our A/C wasn’t cooling our condo normally. It was toiling, but not efficiently. The control component was set to 78 degrees, but the temperature of our condo was 78 degrees, but no matter how low I lowered the temperature, it wouldn’t get below 78 degrees. I could hear our running at full speed, which I knew would drive up our utility bill that month. Early the next morning, I called the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C business nearby plus asked them to come maintenance our A/C system while I was at work. Thankfully, I didn’t need to be condo when the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C business arrived… Later that evening when the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C business was done servicing our A/C equipment, I got a iphone call about the status of our system. First, our air filter was long overdue for a updatement. The plugged filter was consumed with dirt plus debri. The Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C business also said that there was a shrubbed growing outside along our condenser unit! Because of this, it was causing our A/C system to run inefficiently. The Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C business updated the air filter, but suggested that I take care of the shrub right away. Now I have to find someone with time to remove the shrub.
