Giving my Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer over to my daughters

Two years ago I took the dealer I had spent 30 years building and handed it over to my two daughters.

They had been working with myself and others their whole lives, and knew the dealer about and anyone next to myself, i was getting too old to do the work, and wanted to step down with enough time left over to help them transition.

I wanted them to learn how to be owners while I was still around to provide them advice. Already they are making fluctuations and bringing new life into the corporation, and I couldn’t be happier. They are the only two Heating, Ventilation & A/C techs, so they changed their marketing to being more female friendly. Some single ladies, or mothers beach new home alone with children, don’t want a male coming into their beach new home for any reason, even Heating, Ventilation & A/C repairs. My daughters catered to this market, offering a repair that only employed female Heating, Ventilation & A/C workers, so the customers could be more comfortable. Of course my ladies will work on any Heating, Ventilation & A/C job regardless of who it is for, but now the customers felt prefer they had an additional choice. They were unquestionably successful, and beach new home Heating, Ventilation & A/C inspections more than doubled in the first numerous months on their watch. They are starting to get so tied up they need to hire a new Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker, so if anyone out there knows a guy who is certified for Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair, tell his about the job! I still hang around the dealer a lot, working on air conditioners and such, but my ladies have the corporation handled!
