High turnover; get burnt out suddenly without AC in the warehouse

I swear to God, I have somehow become a recruiter at our corporation.

This is not the job that I ever signed up for plus I do not suppose as though I’m qualified in any way to continually supply young work workers to our warehouse.

However, it seems like we simply cannot keep anyone employed out in the production space. Therefore, we keep hiring current people to take on the job so that we can keep business chugging along. I tried talking to our boss about this unfortunate employment problem, however she doesn’t want to deal with it. I’m quite sure that the issue is our central cooling plan plus nobody wants to hear that we have a giant Heating plus Air Conditioning expense lying ahead of us, and you see, when I was first hired here the warehouse had a giant commercial air conditioning unit that effectively kept the production floor at a even-handed temperature. I wouldn’t say it if the indoor air was crisp plus cool, however it felt much better than resting in the afternoonlight outside. These afternoons, we do not have an operable heating plus cooling plan stationed out in the warehouse. When the giant commercial AC unit broke down last year, our boss said that she would worry about the cooling plan damage before summer time rolled around again. Well, our summer time season came plus the professional Heating plus Air Conditioning repairman never did! For the past several months there has been entirely no air quality control out in the warehouse space plus I suppose that it’s creating employee burnout at an increasing rate as the summer time heat plus humidity kicks into gear… Our current hires are only lasting a month or 2 before they quit the sweltering environment plus we have to find replacements. I guess it’s not what our boss wants to hear, however we genuinely need to get a current AC unit rather than current workers every week.
