I enjoyed the house, but the Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan wasn't good.

I wanted a beach home that would be comfortable, simple to maintain, small enough to be cozy, but substantial enough to entertain in, then i didn’t guess I was asking too much, but obviously I was wrong; Every home I went into over the expanse of a month, had something wrong with it.

I wasn’t ecstatic with the way the home was set up, or with the carpeting. I found one that had a gaping hole in the roof. I knew my budget wasn’t the best, and I didn’t want a fixer-upper, but this was getting ridiculous, one afternoon, my realtor called and told me she found the perfect home for me. It was in a location I would love, and it was everything I asked for. I agreed to meet her there when I got off work… When I pulled up to the house, I became excited, going through the home made me more excited. It was everything I asked for, but then she took me in the basement, however the basement was completely redone, and I knew I could entertain down there. There was a bar, a pool table that went with the house, and room to dance and play games! She then showed me the furnace room. The furnace was ancient, and I wasn’t ecstatic. I told her I wanted a furnace that would last me for at least several years. I couldn’t afford to put a current one in. Then I asked about the cooling system, which there wasn’t any. She told me the two of us could negotiate and see if the owners would have a current central Heating, Ventilation and A/C installed, however I would need to pay the full price.
