I really hate snakes.
I wish they didn’t even exist.
I don’t understand why they were even put on the earth because they are nothing but vile, disgusting, creepy creatures. One of our greatest fears of all is that a single day I will find a snake in our cabin anywhere. I am so paranoid about finding a snake in our cabin that I would do almost anything to prevent it. As I’m sure you know, snakes are chilly blooded and so they enjoy to be sites that are nice and warm, then for that reason alone, I have made it our life’s mission to make our cabin the coldest site around. I leave our air conditioner running nearly all the time, and I don’t even keep the site easily sizzling in the dead of winter. I only use a little space gas furnace in our bedroom while every one of us were in the winter, just to knock off the chill. Otherwise, our cabin is super chilly just so i don’t have to worry about a sneaky snake coming into the house! And in the summertime when the snakes are out and about, I keep the temperature on the thermostat turned down to 64 degrees, because I suppose that the snakes won’t want to come into the house! I suppose that 64 degrees is a little bit on the chilly side, even though I would rather be chilly chilly in our cabin while every one of us were in the summer time than having to deal with a snake! In all honesty, for me, when it comes to A/C, the colder it is the better!
