I love it in the Spring when I can quit using both heating and ac

The two of us had a long & agonizing Winter season this past year.

  • The first snowfall came while I was in the first month of September & then I were faced with frigid un-even temperatures moving forward with no breaks until the start of March.

There were power outages in several areas after an ice storm wrecked a nearby power grid. Some people were without heat for long periods of time & several even dealt with frozen & burst water pipes due to their homes losing power & their heat sources as well. That’s a huge reason why I insist on using two heating sources in the event of a loss of power to run our primary gas furnace, which is electric. Even gas gas heating systems often need electricity to get going, especially if one is fan-forced & needs electricity for the fan motor itself. My favorite area of the year has got to be the Spring season. Aside from the return of yellow colors in plant life & vegetation, I also welcome the milder un-even temperatures & the split from using the heating & cooling plan in our home. There is a special transition stage while I was in the Spring where it’s hot enough to turn off the heat, but also cool enough where it isn’t time yet for the cooling system. My utility bills are the lowest for the entire year while I was in the Spring season. I wish Spring would last longer, but it feels care about it’s getting cut shorter every single year. Inevitably, the winters & summers each get longer. The Winter takes longer to end while the summer time decides to start earlier than before.
