I was incredibly frustrated when I made an appointment the other afternoon for Heating as well as A/C plan repairs, but the Heating as well as A/C contractor told me the Heating as well as A/C serviceman would arrive anywhere from 9 in the afternoon to 6 in the evening, then i thought this was ridiculous because I had no clue when the guy would arrive, so I basically had to take the afternoon off from work! You better know I was enraged when the guy didn’t bother to show up for the entire afternoon… When I called to complain to the Heating as well as A/C contractor, they apologized plus said something came up with the worker plus he was unfortunately unable to make it. They said he would be there first thing in the afternoon the following afternoon. I unfortunately had to call off the next afternoon from work as well because of this guy, he didn’t bother to show up in the afternoon either! I called the Heating as well as A/C contractor again asking what was going on plus telling them they were costing me cash with me having to miss work. They promised somebody would be out plus they would supply me a 50% discount with our services. That eased our nerves a little bit, except for the fact that nobody showed up later in the afternoon either! The Heating as well as A/C contractor promised an Heating as well as A/C worker would arrive the second afternoon, plus our boss seemed to be frustrated that I was calling off work again. This time they said the repair for our Heating as well as A/C would be no charge at all for all the inconvenience. I finally got the worker at our locale plus he was a nice guy plus worked on everything. This wasn’t the same guy that failed to show up previously so I had no issue with him. I don’t guess if I can deal with this Heating as well as A/C contractor in the future after this nonsense though.
