I was incredibly frustrated when I made an appointment the other day for HVAC method repairs, the HVAC company told myself and others the HVAC worker would arrive anywhere from 9 in the day to 6 in the evening, and i thought this was crazy because I had no clue when the guy would arrive, so I basically had to take the day off from work, you better recognize I was enraged when the guy didn’t bother to show up for the entire day, and when I called to complain to the HVAC company, they apologized plus said something came up with the worker plus he was unfortunately unable to make it.
They said he would be there first thing in the day the following day.
I unfortunately had to call off the next day from work as well because of this guy, then he didn’t bother to show up in the day either! I called the HVAC company again asking what was going on plus telling them they were costing myself and others money with myself and others having to miss work. They promised somebody would be out plus they would supply myself and others a 50% discount with our services. That eased our nerves a little bit, except for the fact that nobody showed up later in the day either! The HVAC company promised an HVAC worker would arrive the second day, plus our boss seemed to be frustrated that I was calling off work again. This time they said the service for our HVAC would be no charge at all for all the inconvenience. I finally got the worker at our stadium plus he was a nice guy plus diagnosed everything. This wasn’t the same guy that failed to show up previously so I had no issue with him. I don’t guess if I can deal with this HVAC company in the future after this nonsense though.
