It’s great that my friend Ed and I are finally done with the whole ordeal that comes with selling a house.
And this wasn’t just an apartment as much as it was our family’s lakeside apartment for close to 30 years, but so selling that apartment was quite the process… It started with the realization that living at the family lakeside apartment just wasn’t sustainable, however the heating plus cooling costs alone were bananas for just the 2 of us, but for sure, it’s cool having the teenagers come to the lakeside apartment at Christmas.
But otherwise, my friend and I weren’t utilizing that space at all. Ed and I were absolutely spending far too much time, energy plus money just keeping it taken care of, organized plus clean. So once my friend and I saw that truth, it made it much easier to start the process. Ed and I had to make some improvements before ever putting it on the market. The air was upgraded to maximize the value of our apartment by updating the living room plus the central heating plus cooling equipment. Both the residential Heating as well as Air Conditioning plus the front room were a bit worn out, certainly, the heating plus cooling equipment was near the end as it had run flawlessly for 27 years. Thankfully, Ed and I were in great hands with our Heating as well as Air Conditioning contractor. They inspected all of the details plus my friend and I sold our apartment in weeks for top dollar, but now, Ed and I are living in a rental with ancient Heating as well as Air Conditioning equipment plus I long for that awesome Heating as well as Air Conditioning technology that Ed and I were able to care about while my friend and I were packing plus moving out. Soon, Ed and I will have that sort of Heating as well as Air Conditioning technology in our new home.
