To my parent’s chagrin, this was something that they really didn’t appreciate. I had no clue in the slightest, nor did I care what the costs were for Heating and Air Conditioning cooling. And, I didn’t have any real appreciation for just how remarkable it was that we had Heating and Air Conditioning cooling in the first place. Perhaps that goes with the territory when you’re a bit of stupid, selfish younster. However, once I got my first apartment, I had a totally different perspective on heating & cooling. That was mainly because I was paying for it and the Heating and Air Conditioning in the dwelling I lived in wasn’t all that good. So when I got my first home, I was eager to learn what I could about the Heating and Air Conditioning appliance and just how it works. Staying in the same region that I grew up in, my dwelling is heated and cooled by a Heating and Air Conditioning heat pump. This is typical practice in our region. The frosty seasons are mild and the hot season is a scorcher. The heat pump takes good care of a dwelling no matter what the season. Yet, the heat pump is made for the heat. It’s able to remove heat energy from the dwelling and exhaust it outside so it can be replaced by cooler air. But the heat pump is also balancing the humidity levels in the household at the same time. And all it has to do to heat the home is to reverse the process. It really is quite a remarkable invention.
