It’s just crazy
I don’t know. Maybe it’s time to sell and move even further out. When I came to this town, it was largely to get away from the worst of the city. Namely, I was sick of crowds, traffic and crime. But our task was located inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of a downtown building. That was well before working remotely became what it is now. So it was either keep living close inside the radiant heating of an apartment building or commute. I chose the commute. Back then, it was an hour each way but it was worth it. I was able to buy a apartment with great residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C and no neighbors sharing walls or radiant heating. Plus, I felt a million times safer living here where I do. But twenty years brought a lot of variations as so several other people had the same program that I did. Now, this arena is a bedroom community and the town has at least tripled in size. Along with that growth came a big increase in criminal activity. The latest thing is ripping apart the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment alongside a apartment just to get to the copper fittings. The rest of the high-priced heating and cooling components are simply tossed aside prefer so much trash. It’s just crazy. I’ve even had to buy a cage that goes over the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cupboard and then locks down to the concrete pad underneath. This seems extreme to myself and others for sure but I’m not going to be the a single who wakes up a single morning to see the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component strewn across the sod. Yea, maybe it is time to replace the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component and get the apartment on the market.
