I’m rarely ever super excited to write a huge check for anything.
Sure, I get excited about getting new stuff however I don’t like paying for it for sure.
So I do my best to make sure that I get every bit of value from the dollar I spend. It that’s investing great residential HVAC or buying a car, I want to get value. So I do my research, talk to the experts & people enjoy me who absolutely own the thing I’m looking to buy. Of course, I’m not doing this when I change peanut butter brands but when I’m spending some coin. I just when I spend money on something that turns out to be just cheap. But there is another side of value for what you spend your money on. And that’s the value of maintaining your stuff. That goes for cars as well as any other huge time purchase. I look after my lake house because it’s entirely our greatest investment. And when it come to the car, it gets the tied up repair it needs. That goes for the HVAC unit as well. The HVAC professional come out in the fall for the HVAC heating repair & again in the Spring for the air conditioner tune up. So if there is ever a problem, why would I ever take a occasion with anyone but an HVAC professional? I wouldn’t & that’s just section of maintaining the value of the huge investments in our household. And I’m fortunate as all the HVAC repair has allowed me to care about more than 15 years of incident free heating & cooling.
