Looking for a rodent

I was sitting at the table the other day & I watched a mouse come out from my refrigerator & head for the pantry door.

  • All I could picture was that mouse getting in there & destroying everything in my pantry.

I would need to throw away all the staples I had stored in there. My wife told me to go ahead and chill out, even as I got down on the floor, looking for holes in my pantry door. She went outside & brought a couple mouse traps in from the garage. As I looked at my pantry, I saw another mouse, but this 1 came out of the air vent. “What the…” I pointed to the air vent where the mouse had disappeared. The mouse wasn’t in my pantry, but in my air vent. My lovely wife had picked up the iPhone & called an exterminator first & then the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation. The people I was with and I had to get the exterminator to get rid of the rats. If there was 1 in there, there had to be more mice. The people I was with and I then had to have the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business come out & clean the air duct & air vent. The people I was with and I had no idea how long the mice had been in there, but they were pretty brave to come out during the day. Apparently they were getting certainly hungry, too since they were all trying hard to get into my pantry. I could only hope the exterminator showed up soon & the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business came sooner. I didn’t want mouse dirt to destroy my air quality. That nasty little thing had already destroyed my appetite.
