Might Need to Switch HVAC Companies

I don’t think how much longer I can stick it out in this situation

For the past few years, I’ve been laboring as an Heating, Ventilation and A/C serviceman at one of our local heating plus cooling companies. I’ve really love laboring there up until the past few weeks. We got a new manager on the Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair team plus I’m having a strenuous time getting along with him, then see, he’s not really a repair serviceman at all. He’s more of a sales guy, plus he’s trying to get all of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair boys to beginning selling too. I have a important problem with this. I don’t think that if I’m out at someone’s home repairing their gas furnace idea or laboring on their thermostat that I should try to sell them a brand new heat pump or a new central air conditioner system. It just doesn’t make any sense to me, then but of course our new boss wants us to keep our numbers up by trying to sell new Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit whether it’s really needed or not. I try to be up front plus tolerable with our buyers, though. So I really don’t want them to assume pressured to buy something from myself and others if they don’t have the currency or something. I do not like giving sales pitches to people about radiant heated flooring plus ductless mini split air conditioner units. I think it’s the worst thing ever. I told our boss that I’m there to fix air conditionings, not sell them. He doesn’t agree with me, though. I don’t think how much longer I can stick it out in this situation. I might have to switch to another heating plus cooling company at this rate.
