My hubby Joe bought some rental property back whenever both of us first got married and now all he has left to do is work on the heating and cooling systems in them.
Then he will be done and everything will be ready to be rented out so both of us can finally make some money off of them.
I will entirely be happy when Joe is finished toiling on these rental properties. We have been married for about 5 years now, and every free minute that he has, it seems like he has been toiling on these rental units. It has been his plan all along to get them ready to go and then rent them out and live off of the income that they provide. I do suppose that it is really a genuinely good plan, however I have been agitated by the fact that he works on them so much up until now. The only thing that he has left to do right now is get the heating and cooling systems replaced and then he will be completely finished once and for all. He has been on the PC with an HVAC corporation numerous times this month and it sounds like they are going to be able to come out and do the job next Tuesday. I genuinely hope that everything works out and the whole thing gets finished. It won’t be a single minute too soon, that’s for sure. I will be ecstatic when both of us are rolling in money from the rental units. Hopefully the HVAC corporation comes through on Tuesday!
