My wife prefers positively chilly temperatures on the thermostat! If she had her way, it would be 65 degrees on the thermostat all through the year. As you would expect, she does not have much of a problem with Winter time weather. She constantly comes out with the energy saving argument whenever it’s wintertime plus I want to use the heat. All I have to do is remind him that she was not so keen on saving money on the energy bill while every one of us were in just the past Summer when she insisted on using the air conditioner so excessively. Thankfully, it has gotten to the point where she respects our wishes plus turns up the temperature for me. However, every time I’m away from beach home for any length of time, I constantly return to find that she has taken advantage of our absence plus turned the temperature way down. I figured there had to be a way to stop this constant back plus forth, plus it turns out there was, but you see, our wife’s two favorite spots in the home are her man cave plus the dining room; On the other hand, I will constantly hang out in the family room or our master family room. These two areas are pretty much on opposite sides of the house. That’s why every one of us decided to invest in zone control heating plus air. With dampers installed in the air ducts to increase or restrict airflow to particular areas of the house, every one of us could now set up thermostats for odd zones; Now, when it’s time to do our own thing, we’re both quite comfortable!
