The costs of houses simply has skyrocketed over the past few years as I’ve been trying to buy a single. It’s prefer the whole plan was getting further & further out of reach. Yet, I didn’t provide up. I kept at it. I stayed up late in the a/c scouring every property in my price range online. Finally, I found a property that would fit both my budget & my life. I’m single & it’s just myself and others & a cat. So I truly wasn’t looking for a big site. But I didn’t want to buy a new home & I was sick of the lame heating & cooling in my apartment. When I found a 2 family room bungalow, I jumped on it. When the structural report came back glowing, I made an offer. There was so much other stuff to toil on but I knew that the place had enjoyable bones. So I went for it. The first thing I had to tackle was the heating & cooling. And actually, it’s the first thing I wanted to tackle. All those years of dealing with less than stellar Heating & A/C motivated myself and others to get good residential Heating & A/C from the start. There was no point in trying to reuse any part of the old Heating & A/C unit, including the air duct. So the Heating & A/C professionals installed a ductless multi split system in the house. This is just the best heating & cooling comfort I’ve ever had the delight of enjoying.
