Personal trainer offers online classes during quarantine

My cousin and I live in a small state, with a fairly low population, but we are still affected by the recent virus outbreak.

Our state, county, and small community have closed every business.

The gyms and fitness centers will remain closed until further notice. My cousin and I have not had the opportunity to work out at the fitness center for several weeks. Fortunately, several of the personal trainers have started offering online classes. My cousin and I logged onto the internet last weekend and enjoyed a full one and a half hour session with our personal trainer. I was surprised to realize all of the changes that are happening around our community. I’m relieved that we have the ability to still work out with a professional and keep fit. Even though the gym is completely closed down, the internet is providing easy access. The personal trainer went through various exercises that we can easily perform in our own home. Most of these exercises do not require a lot of space or any unusual equipment. I have no clue how long this virus will negatively impact our community, businesses and lives, but I’m relieved to see that some areas can be adapted to a new way of life. A lot of things have changed due to the virus and the levels of quarantine. My cousin and I now have many several choices for delivery from local restaurants, grocery stores, and even the hardware stores. It also seems like a lot more people have found ways to work from home. This has allowed full time workers to spend less money on daycare, spend more time with their kids but keep up with work responsibilities. I hope that all of the positive changes will result in long-term benefits as we move ahead.
