I’m definitely not the type of person that I would consider an inventor or mechanical mind.
I am fairly skilled at writing, creative endeavors, and thinking about feelings. However, beyond that I do not have too many practical skills in life. That being said I do feel like I have a few excellent ideas that other people could bring into reality. I know that I do not possess the ability to make this happen… But I feel like somebody on this planet would be capable. Who knows, it might even be a billion dollar idea some day. What I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is radiant heated flooring. Yes, I’m aware that that already exists. There are plenty of homes that utilize the alternative heating method to provide clean, accurate indoor air temperature control rather than relying on inefficient forced air furnaces. However, I think that radiant heated floors could be used in many additional applications that no one has tackled yet. One of the things I regularly consider is how freezing cold I am as soon as I climb into the car every winter morning. When you live in a cold climate where the outdoor air temperature is regularly below zero degrees you will take all of the heat that you can get. This is why I think cars should come with radiant heated flooring throughout the bottom of the car. Furthermore, a radiant heated gas pedal would really improve my morning. Having warm toes while I drive down icy roads would be one small comfort in an otherwise miserable winter climate.
