Removing snow from the sidewalk

I always hated winter, even from a young age, the winter just didn’t appeal to me.

Growing up, I lived in a very northern cold area, which snowed horribly and sometimes even in the winter.

It was horrible year round, unless it was summer, the summer was the only month where the weather became hot again, but it didn’t last long. To escape the constant cold weather, I moved down to the south, where it was almost always hot. I was okay with hot weather, so I just used my air conditioning system more to get through the hot summers. Unfortunately, even in the winter it did snow where I lived. So when it began to lightly snow outside, I knew it was only a matter of time before I had to start shoveling snow from the pavement. For awhile, since I wasn’t expecting any guests, I just let the snow pile up, but now that I had a HVAC tech coming out for routine heating maintenance, I knew I had to clear out the snow. I took my shovel and started digging up all of the snow. It took me at least a half an hour of shoveling, and I finished just in time, as the HVAC van pulled up. The HVAC professional was able to step on the pavement without slipping, and I led him inside my warm house to the heating unit. Thankfully, my heater was perfectly okay, and the HVAC specialist told me that it was good to go. Now that the a/c technician is gone, I won’t need to shovel the snow for awhile again.
