Road to being employed in core progression

My younger sibling desperately wants to be a certified fitness expert, then he is not particularly motivated at all.

He is more in the moment than trying for anything down the road, to be a certified fitness expert you need to have formal training, but first, a high college diploma is a fantastic start, which our sibling has.

Then, a many year college degree in exercise science, physical therapy or sports medicine; Afterwards, the college graduate should consider getting CPR & AED certified. Then a portfolio needs to be built, my sibling would particularly prefer to be a personal trainer at a core progression gym, but core progression doesn’t allow their patrons to wander from device to machine. They have special group fitness classes provided with real instructors, and every instructor has training & a proven track record under their belt, so our sibling will need to work at a few lower end gyms personal training. He then should record his patrons result. After around many years he could definitely bump up into larger & more professional gyms! If a core progression did option him up, he would only be starting out with 1 fitness class. After he has proven himself, then our sibling would be able to do a few more classes & particularly have a full time career. This whole plan though is around ten years. It is a lot of education, time & cash spent for a dream. My sibling particularly doesn’t have this in him. He should consider just working at a gym or staying as a trainer in a lower end 1. I particularly don’t recognize he could even do a many year college.
