When the heating and air conditioning professional showed to repair my air conditioner unit, she brought a window air conditioner component with him. She hadn’t yet run tests on my air conditioner unit, plus she was already planning on the air conditioner component to be broken plus needing to be updated. She was tied up working on the air conditioner component when I went outside. I had finally brazed the nerve to go out plus inquire about the air conditioner. I walked over to him plus asked how the work on the central A/C component was going. She told me she found a few minor problems, but nothing that would cause the need for a new A/C unit. I thanked him and walked away. Not five feet away, I turned plus asked why she brought a window air conditioner component with him? She started to laugh. Not only did she not know what she was going to get into when inspecting plus repairing the central A/C unit, even though she didn’t want the tears when someone had to go without an air conditioner. She said it was easier to take the window air conditioner component back with him than to need to go back to the office plus pick one up. I was the first woman to ask so nicely about it. It was almost laughable when she told me one man accused him of looking for a reason to leave the A/C component plus say the customer needed a new central air conditioner unit. The real thought had crossed my mind, or I would not have asked him why she brought the window air conditioner with him.
