Around here, summer is the busiest time of the year. I live in the southern region, where the mosquitoes and cockroaches are big enough to carry your dog away. Summer begins around the middle of March and it doesn’t end until December. That’s a long time to deal with hot temperatures and humid weather. It’s currently the beginning of July, and the real feel temperature was close to 120° the last 3 days. Most of our customers have already performed and air conditioning service or tune-up. It’s imperative in this region, and it can save the average homeowner hundreds of dollars in repairs over the lifetime of your equipment. Summer is a great time for me personally, because I work in the heating and cooling industry. I work overtime each week in the summer, and my paychecks are really fat. Last summer I made enough money to buy a new boat. My wife wants to buy a jet ski this year, so I’m hoping for an extremely busy summer season. I might even do some extra work on the weekends.
