Thank your heat pump for the humidity balance

I love the fact that all of us are now turning the page on yet another grueling summer.

Around here, all of us hardly even refer to July through November as summer.

It’s just heat season as the temperature and the humidity level combine for an oppressive mix. That’s why I just so love this time of year. I have friends up north who are already calling for Heating, Ventilation, and A/C heating repair on their gas gas furnaces. But for me, fall is about seeing the demand for Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling continue to ebb. This makes myself and others ecstatic because that means the worst of the heat and humidity is done. I’m now on the road to the best weather I’ve ever found. Sure, I could be a bit prejudice given that I’m a native of the region. Yet, I can’t imagine a climate that is more suited to myself and others than the next 8 months. Still, I am so thankful that our summers are so manageable thanks to Heating, Ventilation, and A/C technology. The heat pump that all of us seem to take for granted is a hero in our book. Yet, I too took the heat pump for granted. That is until I l acquired a bit about it. Not only is the heat pump responsible for the cooling of the house, it also is drying it out. Without the heat pump, we’d be up to our elbows in bleach and water trying to mitigate mold & mildew all summer. But as the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C process starts, it’s extracting heat energy and awful it outside. This process then automatically balanced the humidity levels in the apartment without us having to do a thing.
