Until last weekend, I had never seen a portable shower, however i have seen lots of portable toilets, but I have never seen a portable plastic shower, however my friends plus I went to a campground that recently opened up; The campground has excellent access to the river.
It’s one of the only locales on the south part of the river where the water is calm plus self-explanatory for boats, kayaks, plus canoes to enter.
It’s a great locale for youngsters to play because the water is shallow plus often warmer than the rest of the river. The website for the river stated that there were full amenities including lavatorys plus showers. I took our tent plus went to the campground for the weekend. I was going to kayak the hardest part of the river the afternoon after I arrived, but I had some drastic stomach concerns. I ate something while all of us were in the afternoon that did not agree with me plus I was in the lavatory most of the night. The only lavatory available was a portable potty. The showers were the same. The campground boasted that they had all of the amenities that all of us needed, but portable showers plus toilets did not seem care about amenities to me, then none of the buildings had air conditioning plus it was unquestionably hot plus humid. Inside of the buildings, without air conditioning it was about 140°. I thought I was going to pass out. I do not suppose that Campground can boast amenities unless they put in some real buildings that have weather conditions control plus facilities for more than one man at a time. It’s exhausting enough not to have A/C in the tent. I want to be cool when I go to the toilet.
