The musical instrument store has a dehumidifier

I love visiting musical instrument stores no matter what city I’m in. Often when I’m traveling for work I make a habit of going to a music store if I have a little bit of downtime to explore. I don’t always buy something, and often I’ll just grab a guitar off the shelf, plug it into an app, and play for about an hour or so. It’s a fun way to demo new instruments you’ve never had a chance to play before. This is especially helpful with guitars. People who don’t play guitars might look at one or two different electric guitars and wonder how they could sound vastly different. But you can find two identical electric guitars that have slightly different electronics than them and they’ll sound different. My favorite musical instrument store in my city has really strict humidity control inside. When it gets really dry outside in the winter they have to run several humidifiers otherwise the wood can crack from too much dryness in the air. When it’s hot outside and they’re running the air conditioner, they have to run an additional dehumidifier to make up for the additional humidity. Too much humidity is bad for musical instruments and too little humidity is also bad. You have to get the precisely perfect humidity level for your musical instrument store. That’s why the musical instrument store in my city has a team identifier and a humidifier to use depending on the season. And of course they also have humidity meters to measure the humidity minute by minute.
