My vet has not really been known to be the most modern veterinarian in the world.
In fact, I often classify him as an Old country vet.
He is the nicest guy, and I truly believe he got into his business because he loves animals and wants to help them. That’s why I was so surprised recently when I went in to have my dog looked at. My dog bolted out the front door and ran into the really thick woods behind my house. when she showed back up, she had this huge gash above her eye, so she had to go to the vet. Anyway, I was truly surprised when I got in there because I discovered there is a new HVAC system at my vet’s office. The heating and cooling system is Top Notch and employs the latest in HVAC technology. Normally, you can smell every kind of dog smell in that place, but this time, there was nothing but the smell of fresh clean air. It was really evident that he was giving himself and his clients some really good indoor air quality by replacing his old HVAC system with a new one. Not only did it smell nice and fresh in there, but the temperature seemed to be absolutely perfect. I’m not sure what he had the thermostat set on, but whatever it was it was ideal.I did notice that they had a programmable thermostat, and perhaps it was even a smart thermostat, I’m not really sure. In any event, I’m sure he also decided to get his ductwork cleaned while he was at it because that makes good sense. Maybe my vet isn’t such an Old Country Vet after all. He is embracing HVAC technology today, so maybe next week he will get a computer!
