The walls need to remain sealed

I really like the idea of getting a tiny home.

There are people everywhere who are selling their sizable square foot homes & moving into much littler homes, in order to enjoy the financial benefits & life adventures.

It didn’t take much to convince me, as I care about to travel & enjoy life to the grandest. While I was designing our tiny home with our construction team, one of the largest requests I had, was setting up a fantastic Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. I didn’t know how every one of us would get a heater & air into our current home, however it was required for me to live. I was glad, our planner did all the research & gave me a few options. My first choice was an electric Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit in our wall. It was one of the cheapest choices, however it would take up a ton of space in our already limited space. My next idea was a mini split Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. This was the most similar to a respected Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system in a normal sized house, where the condenser was located on the edge of the home. It was also easily energy smart. The last option our planner gave me, was a simple window a/c device. It would have to be custom ordered to the size of our home though, however it would be useful for cooling such a small space. After much thought, I went with the mini split system.
