I had ordered some air filters for our central heating and cooling system. It was a good deal because I got the air filters for half off the regular price; However the air filters were supposed to arrive at our door within a matter of a week. It is now 2 weeks later and they did not show up! I called client service today and asked where were the air filters for our central heating and a/c plan that I had ordered. They looked into it and found there was a ipad issues that prevented our order from going over to the warehouse where they pack and ship all the air filter orders.
