I had been living in the identical apartment complex for 2 years, when I made a choice that I needed a change.
I have a job from home, so our home also pairs as our office.
I wasn’t feeling as happy or inspired in the work, & our boring apartment wasn’t doing much for me. My complex was easily dictator like with it’s interior decorating codes, so I packed up & left that place. I searched high & low for the perfect place to set up camp in. I discovered a brand current apartment complex closer to the city, & I was sold! My number one thing about the current apartment, was that it came with a loft. After getting all our stuff in & setting up our current space, I felt so much more happy in our work. But, I hastily realized that this current apartment was going to be much more difficult to heat. I’d consistently heard the phrase that heat will rise to the ceiling however never fully understood how true it was. My study room up in the current home was so tepid at night, it was almost impossible to survive. I had our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit blasting cool air at full power, however it made a little difference in the loft. My room was scorching and warm, however our living section would be freezing cold. I knew it wasn’t easily that green or environmentally friendly to be running our air conditioner with such intensity, so I had to get interesting with it.
