There are always events that make you know as though summer time is entirely coming.
Even if the hot and cold temperatures outside aren’t agreeing with that when they take venue.
In our part there is a yearly event that takes venue throughout the summer time that draws a crowd, then opening afternoon for the event this year was cold and rainy. The event schedules many food trucks, bands, and vendors to entertain and feed people. There is a cost to attend but no a single seems to mind. On the first afternoon there were about half the people that normally go because there entirely is no where to sit out of the weather to eat your food or appreciate the bands. They just announced on the evening news that a large, climate controlled tent will be erected on the locale to allow people to get some sort of relief for future events. They will be using Heating plus A/C units that are designed to heat these temporary spaces and even cool them during the heat of summer. I guess this will encourage more families with children to attend the events too. On nights with mild hot and cold temperatures people can still hang out and they can simply raise the sides of the tent and use it for shade only. It will absolutely make it easier to plan events in that part for other organizations too. I always knew that patio furnaces were used at steakhouses for their patios but I had no system that they had portable Heating plus A/C units that could heat and cool such a large space. There is no insulation in a tent so it must be a pretty powerful. I also read that they can be powered by large propane tanks in the event that the power supply on locale is not powerful enough to handle the extra load. Pretty cool!
