Tracking store inventory sales

I own a HVAC parts and HVAC technology store.

One of my main jobs apart from looking over air conditioning and heating unit shipments, is tracking my inventory and seeing which form of heating and cooling sells best.

I do this to make sure I am getting the most popular HVAC unit, and getting rid of less popular ones. Lately, I’ve noticed that this model of air conditioning system has been getting a lot of attention lately, and I didn’t have any of that model. I decided to buy a shipment of the a/c systems, to see how they would sell. By the end of the week, I was all sold out of the 10 AC machines I bought. I knew I had found a good one, and I bought another large shipment of these brand new air conditioning components. They sold incredibly well, and I looked to see what else I could sell to help increase profits and sales. Something else I noticed was becoming popular was UV air purifiers. I had regular air cleaners, but not UV air purifiers, so I decided to give those a try. When I checked my sales at the end of the month, my sales had drastically increased, mostly thanks to the new brand of cooling component and now the UV air cleaner. I figured the UV air purifier would do well, because it was different from usual whole home air purification systems. UV air purifiers are not only more efficient, but they use ultraviolet light to kill bacteria, which I think is appealing to people. I’m sure soon there will be another HVAC model that comes out to replace this one, but until then I am going to be making a lot of sales.
