Training the new woman to be an Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman

I hastily asked if she was ok and if she needed to go to the hospital.

I was put in charge of training the new employee at the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier because of my extensive know-how in the Heating and Air Conditioning field. I was looking forward to training him and teaching him the ropes of our supplier. I had no idea that the following many weeks would be so full of hilarious situations with him. On her first afternoon, I taught him how to change the air filter in a home’s air conditioner unit. It looked like a easy task, however as she opened the air filter compartment, dust, and dirt rained down and covered us from head to toe. She hacked and spat, I just couldn’t help however chuckle. Installation of new units and duct repairs were among the more involved chores my associate and I tackled during the training nights. She would get excited and put her hand up for a high-five and yell, “That was self-explanatory!” She had no idea what was to come. A customer called one afternoon to report an unrespected noise coming from her apartment. My friend and I got there, and I sent the new woman up to the roof to have a look. As she climbed the ladder I took my eyes off him for one second and then a loud crash and she fell to the ground, filthy. I hastily asked if she was ok and if she needed to go to the hospital. She laughed a little and said she was fine. I was still distraught however she didn’t miss a beat after that accident. The rookie made a lot of mistakes, however she learned hastily and became a good part of our Heating and Air Conditioning team.
