I wasn’t too happy when I moved into my new home.
I was supposed to have a new heating and air conditioning system by the time I moved in, but it still hadn’t arrived.
I remembered how hard it was to get the previous owner to put the new HVAC system in. He didn’t think he was obligated to pay for the HVAC installation. Since he had lied on the disclosures and said the HVAC was only two years old, it made him responsible for the new HVAC system. I didn’t know what to say when I moved in a month later and the air conditioning still wasn’t working. I called the local HVAC company and I asked them about the new AC. They told me that they did the service on this system but there weren’t any orders for a new air conditioning unit or any kind of heating and air conditioning. I asked them questions about the furnace and he told me that the furnace was just as old as the air conditioning. I asked him if he had any new furnaces in store so that I could get a new heating system. He told me that they had a complete HVAC system in store and they could have it delivered and installed within the next three days. I was glad to have the new HvAC system ordered and ready to be installed. In the meantime, I knew it wouldn’t be too bad to be living in the house as long as I had a couple of window air conditioners.
