It seems sort of fitting that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C device decided to leave this house just as our last child was heading to college.

It’s too much house for our partner plus I, then plus, we’re also wanting to currency in on the real estate market around here. That’s why every one of us made the choice to go with the latest in residential Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment. The modern heat pump comes with a SEER rating that is more than two time what the old one was. That equates to exponentially more efficiency while producing excellent quality heating plus air. Still, as much as I love the modern Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit, it’s going to be hard to say goodbye to this locale.
