My partner in addition to myself have been thinking about adding a couple rooms to our current home! We’ve lived here for a while now, and we really adore the place. The one thing we don’t have here, is enough bedrooms, so we’ve been wanting a few more. My partner and I plan on having some children soon, but the current size of our home isn’t big enough for that. It shouldn’t cost us a lot of money to add an additional bedroom and bathroom. However, also going to have to have a new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system installed with the current addition. My partner and I want to make sure that our current Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan can handle the current rooms. I know we’ll have to end up installing a new thermostat to the addition so that we can control the temperature separate from affecting the rest of our home. I’m not sure how much money these Heating, Ventilation plus A/C changes will cost us, although I suppose that they’ll be worth it in the end. I’m entirely looking forward to having all the construction done, because I really want to start decorating the newer side of our house. It’s going to be a lot of fun picking out all the new floors and paint for the addition, so my partner in addition to I can’t wait to get everything started! I suppose we’ll start construction next month plus it should take only a few weeks to complete.
