We’re Building On To Our House and Need a New Thermostat:

It will be a lot of fun to change out all the floors and adding a fresh coat of paint

My hubby and I have been planning to add a few rooms to the home we live in now. We’ve been in this house for almost 5 years, and we really love it. The one downfall to this house, is that there isn’t enough bedrooms. We’d like to start growing our family soon, but this house just doesn’t have enough space at the moment. We’ve been thinking about adding at least two more bedrooms and another bathroom. Our contractor said it should be a relatively simple process and won’t cost a ton either. However, we’ve been researching ways to extend our Heating as well as Air Conditioning unit into the new addition. The two of us want to make sure that our current Heating as well as Air Conditioning system has the ability to handle the current rooms and the new ones too. I guess that we might need to install at least another thermostat so we can control the temperature without affecting all the other parts of our house. I’m not sure how much cash these Heating as well as Air Conditioning changes will end up costing, although I think that in the end it will be worth every penny. The two of us are actually looking forward to having all the construction finished so that we can begin the decorating process. It will be a lot of fun to change out all the floors and adding a fresh coat of paint. My hubby as well as I can’t wait to get everything finished so we can actually enjoy it. Our contractor said that we’ll begin the process in the next week, and the construction should take about six weeks total to complete.
