Workouts with rain

The section where I live experiences a rainy season that lasts for numerous weeks, but it rains nearly every single day, however sometimes, it starts raining early in the morning plus continues throughout the day plus into the night; At other times, it pours for a few hours in the middle of the day.

The rain can be a drizzle or a downpour plus is really unpredictable.

It frustrates me, because I savor to handle our weekly workouts outdoors, then my condo isn’t overly big. I don’t have the space to devote a room to a condo gym… When I’m forced to exercise indoors, I’m restricted to a corner of the kitchen. I can unroll a yoga mat plus use kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands plus medicine balls. I have just enough room to go through sets of lunges, squats, push ups plus abdominal crunches. When I add in jumping jacks, burpees or any kind of high impact aerobics, I worry about causing mangle to furnishings or injuring myself. Although I check the forecast before I workout plus idea around the weather, I often get caught in the rain. I have invested into workout clothing that helps me to stay dry on a run or a bike ride. I still end up with wet feet. If it rains hard enough, the clothing isn’t sufficient to keep me dry. It’s really unpleasant to be on a long run plus numerous miles from condo when it starts to pour. I have thought about signing up for a gym membership, however the nearest facility is almost a half hour away.

 

 

Gym membership
