After awhile, I realized that I was kind of sick of the aged dial thermostat on my dining room wall. It seemed like such an eyesore and everybody typically made fun of me for it. They asked me if I was living in aged times and did my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan even toil with such a relic? They had their jokes, but that was until I finally decided to substitute the thermostat. I got a really cool touchscreen smart thermostat. I might not have gone for a touchscreen if I realized instantly that I would rarely use it! Of course, it looks like some advanced futuristic technology on my wall nowadays! Now everybody wants to go check it out and I typically have to tell everybody not to touch it. They can’t mess with it anyway because I have a pin-code on it so only I can access the thing. I mostly just adjust the temperature control setting with my iphone nowadays and I can do this remotely from anywhere. It’s the coolest thing ever and I can’t suppose that I was able to get by separate from a smart thermostat before. I also like the other cool features like geofencing. I have my thermostat set to guess when I leave the household, then it will set the temperature control settings to energy saving mode. I love that because it helps me achieve lower energy bills! I mean honestly, just choosing to buy a smart thermostat in the first place is a great energy saving tip. I would command that everybody go for a smart thermostat substitute, you won’t regret it!
